Milk Powder Non-Instant Organic

This is pasteurized grade A low heat non-fat dry milk made so that it will reconstitute as readily as possible without instantizing and still have the highest nutritional profile after the drying process. You will find the powder delicious and fairly easy to reconstitute following the directions. This milk powder is not fortified with vitamins A or D above what may naturally occur.

Non-fat dry milk is obtained by the removal of water from pasteurized skim milk.

• Basic Instructions: Mix 2/3 cup powder with enough water to make 1 quart milk 5 1/3 Tbsp. to make 1 pint 2 2/3 Tbsp. to make 1 cup. Pour the desired amount of powder into half the water stirring continuously as the rest of the water is added. Continue to stir until well-mixed (about 30 seconds). Or for better results use a blender.

• Why go organic? Organic foods are grown without synthetic fertilizers pesticides or herbicides. Organic foods are not genetically modified. Organic foods are grown in soil that is nurtured not treated… which means top soil groundwater rivers lakes streams watersheds fish & wildlife and people are not compromised. Healthy food grows in healthy soil. You can often taste the organic difference!
